Enjoy a day of canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boating on the calm waters of the lake. Pontoon paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, and standup paddleboards are available to rent. There are a boat launching ramp and a boathouse. Motors above 10 horsepower are not permitted on the lake.
2. Fishing
You can fish off the pier, the shore, or a boat. The lake is regularly stocked with fish and largemouth and spotted bass, bluegill, crappie, catfish, and bream are regularly caught. In 2004 a world-record grass carp of 80 pounds was hooked in the lake.
